- Only a maximum of 10 tickets are allowed to be purchased per transaction.
- All prices shown are subject to a 3% ticketing fee + RM1 service charge upon check-out.
- Ticket buyers and holders must be aged 18 years old and above. No admission for any infants or children under the age of 18 years old.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping is allowed.
- Attendees will need to be at least 18 years old on the date of the event and will be asked for IC or passport as proof of age.
- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
- Participants shall be liable and responsible for any damage to the venue, equipment and harm to any of the event crew, talent/performers and other affected participants.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
- Ticket holders must present MySejahtera vaccination status upon venue entry.
- Only FULLY VACCINATED individuals are allowed to enter the hall/event.
- Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling your tickets or purchasing from any platform/ticket seller/ticket scalper is strictly prohibited, such tickets will be rendered invalid. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and refuses entry to the event unless consent is shown from the ticket purchaser.
- If you are NOT the original ticket purchaser, a completed ticket transfer authorization form/letter with the original ticket-holder’s name & IC and the transferred ticket-holder’s name & IC are needed.
- The resale or use of tickets by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorization or written consent of the event organizer is prohibited.
- All ticket holders shall redeem their tickets for festival wristbands to gain entry to the festival/music zone.
- Wristbands must be always worn all the time and those found without wristbands will be asked to leave or ejected/removed from the premises.
- All participants may be subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into the music zone.
- The event organizer may conduct random inspections.
- If the organizer finds any illegal items, they will have the right to ask you to leave or cancel your ticket.
- The event organizer reserves the right to eject/remove any participants who behave in an unreasonable or rowdy manner.
- The event organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the performance at short notice (for example performer’s changes). In these instances, the event organizer is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange it for another performance.
- The event organizer will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the participants’ safety, participants attending the event are solely at their own risk and the event organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury, mental distress or death however arising from, during or after participation in the of the event.
- It is the sole responsibility of every participant to take care of their well-being.
- The event organizer shall not be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property during the event.
- The event participants shall enter the venue and attend the event at their own risk. The organizer shall not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage, from any cause whatsoever to property (including loss and/or theft) or persons caused by or in connection with participation in an Event.
- The event organizer reserves the right to amend/change the Rules and Regulations of the Event which will be reflected on the Event’s Registration Platform and it is the responsibility of all the participants to keep abreast with any changes.
- By purchasing from us, the event organizer, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- All participants shall abide by the laws of Malaysia. Any illegal acts shall not be tolerated by the event organizer. The event organizer shall not be liable for such acts.

- All participants are responsible for their own mental and physical well-being.
- The event organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any sickness, harm and injury caused by any participants.
- Should any participant(s) feel fatigued, restless, or suffers from any injury at any time during or before the event, they must immediately inform the medical staff/safety marshal and refrain from joining the event.
- If so, any participants must retire from the session immediately, if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff/safety marshal.
